We are seeking an experienced accountant with good communication skills & a deep understanding of advanced accounting software to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in accounting principles and be proficient in utilizing advanced software tools to streamline financial processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and drive efficiency within the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced accounting software to manage financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Implement and maintain accounting software systems, ensuring proper configuration and customization to meet the organization's needs.
- Generate detailed financial reports and analysis using advanced software tools, providing insights to stakeholders and guiding strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate accounting software with other business systems and processes, optimizing efficiency and data accuracy.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in accounting software technology and best practices, providing recommendations for system improvements and enhancements.
- Train and support team members in utilizing advanced accounting software tools effectively.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA designation preferred.
- Experience in accounting roles, with demonstrated proficiency in any advanced accounting software would be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
